Elizabeth has more than 25 years’ experience handling the full breadth of financial and private law children disputes arising from marital and relationship breakdown. She has extensive experience in a wide variety of financial cases involving assets at all levels (mainly medium to big money), complex financial structures, family businesses, trusts, farms and high net worth individuals. Elizabeth’s wide ranging children practice involves complex issues often with an international element as well as relocations. This breadth of experience provides clients with the significant advantage of retaining her for both areas of dispute following marital or relationship breakdown. As a recognised leader in her field, Elizabeth has been listed in the legal directories for many years and if often instructed against silks.

Elizabeth fully recognises the value to families of out of court solutions. In addition to her dual qualification as a financial and children arbitrator, Elizabeth also acts as a private FDR judge and a private DRA judge providing early neutral evaluations. Elizabeth’s arbitration experience both as arbitrator and appearing as counsel before arbitrators enables her to be adept at tailoring and delivering an effective bespoke service to parties at a difficult time.

Based in London Elizabeth will undertake arbitrations nationwide, and on remote platforms.
