Joanne is a barrister who was called to the Bar in 1985 and has a long established reputation in family law specialising in children’s work. She is frequently instructed in protracted and complicated disputes concerning residence, time to be spent with each parent, which school a child should attend as well as other specific issues. She is regularly involved in cases involving relocation both within the UK and abroad. Joanne believes strongly in arbitration and early resolution to issues involving children.

Joanne is able to offer in person facilities in her chambers where a suite of arbitration rooms is available or alternatively high quality video-conferencing facilities to enable parties to arbitrate from a location of their choosing and to engage confidentially with their representatives.

Joanne is based in London and is happy to travel throughout the country and beyond to provide arbitration services.
