William is a highly experienced, specialist children law Silk with more than 25 years’ experience in this difficult and sensitive area of the law.

William is also a Recorder (part-time judge) in the Family Court and a Deputy High Court Judge (Family).

Based in London, William lives in the Midlands and is happy to travel throughout the country (and beyond) to provide arbitration services.

William’s Chambers, 36 Family, have a top-quality Dispute Resolution suite, offering both a hearing room and break-out rooms for both sides in the arbitration.

William is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and a member of the Family Law Bar Association (FLBA), the Association of Family Lawyers (AFL) and Resolution.
