I am a specialist matrimonial finance practitioner with particular expertise in Schedule 1 Children Act 1989 proceedings. Schedule 1 proceedings are particularly apt for early intervention through the family arbitration Scheme in order to save costs. I have undertaken matrimonial finance work for over 20 years acting for both husband’s and wife’s in roughly equal numbers. I will strive to achieve fairness to both parties.
