I am a busy silk specialising in family disputes with an international element. My cases usually involve international families with disputes about jurisdiction, money and child welfare I am a member of chamber’s money and international children groups. I have represented clients in the UKSC, CJEU and Court of Appeal. I sit as a deputy High Court Judge and recorder in the family court where I am allocated to hear Financial Remedy Appeals. I am dual qualified as an arbitrator for both children and finance cases. I am a member of the FLBA International Committee and past chair of CALA (Child Abduction Lawyers Association). I am a trustee of CFAB (Children and Families across borders).
