I am a barrister working in financial relief cases for over 20 years. I have experience in a wide variety of cases which have involved assets at all levels, complex financial structures, family businesses, farms and high net worth individuals. I also sit part time as a Judge in both children cases and financial cases
Over the last 10 years the importance of alternative dispute resolution has increased and I have qualified as a collaborative lawyer and mediator. As a arbitrator I am now able to offer all forms of dispute resolution.
Arbitration can offer a fantastic way to resolve financial disputes on separation. The process can be tailored to the parties and can often be dealt with more quickly than going through the court process.
I aim to provide an arbitration service that deals respectfully and humanely with all involved at what is a difficult time.
