I am a specialist Family Law barrister of 25 years’ experience in both finance and children matters. I have been a collaborative lawyer for more than 10 years and sit as a Recorder. I also offer Private FDRs /Early Neutral Evaluation. 

My financial practice particularly focusses on cases involving businesses and commercial structures, partnerships, farming, third party interests and complex pension arrangements. There is a a strong international element to my practice dealing with jurisdictional disputes, Part III claims, recognition and enforcement of orders, assets located outside of the jurisdiction and recognition of foreign marriage or divorce. I am a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
