I am committed to ADR. I believe that it is by the far the best option for separating families and in addition to being an arbitrator I also sit as a pFDR evaluator.

I am a financial remedy specialist and practice exclusively in this field, including in schedule 1 proceedings. I qualified and worked as a solicitor before transferring to the Bar in 2004 and have over 25 years experience. I am ranked in Tier 1/Band 1 in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners where I am described as “a consummate financial remedy barrister” and as having “prowess in handling diverse and complex financial remedy proceedings”

My work often involves significant assets and incomes. I am regularly instructed by business owners, professionals and their spouses. I have considerable experience of cases involving complex business structures, inherited assets, farms, pensions, trusts, nuptial agreements and overseas assets. My experience enables me to determine mid to high value cases.
