Fiona has extensive experience in all aspects of family law. Her particular specialisms are high value financial settlements and cases with an international element, especially in Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia and the USA. She is a member of the International Committee for Resolution, the organisation of specialist family lawyers, and advises the profession on international issues. She is frequently instructed on disputes concerning same sex couples and matters when cultural issues are central.

Fiona has been a mediator since 1997 and a collaborative lawyer since 2004, and is committed to the development of all forms of dispute resolution.
