Queen’s counsel whose practice includes all Children Act and inherent jurisdiction cases. In practice Francesca is very regularly instructed where there have been profoundly serious allegations against parties, international and internal relocation, wardship and specific issue orders. Francesca has a particular interest in medical issues and psychological and psychiatric evidence as it relates to ichildren. Francesca is a strong believer in arbitration and early resolution to litigation involving children whenever possible.
