Jane Crowley is a highly regarded children law specialist who has been consistently ranked in all the major legal directories as a leader in her field, both in London and in Wales. She was appointed QC in 1998 and has sat regularly as a judge in family cases since 1992. She sits as a Deputy High Court Judge of the Family Division and also as a Recorder.

Jane practiced full time as a member of top ranked specialist Family chambers at 1 Garden Court for a number of years before her recent return to her home in Wales, where she practices from 30 Park Place, while remaining a door tenant at 1 Garden Court. She is also a door tenant at St John’s Buildings, Manchester and St. Ives Chambers, Birmingham.

She has vast experience both as a practitioner and as a judge in all aspects of children law and undertakes regular judicial training as a requirement of her appointments.
She is renowned for her sensitive approach and sound judgment.

Jane has a reasonable working knowledge of the French language.
