Jane is a qualified and experienced child arbitrator and solicitor. As a partner in Mills and Reeve Family and Children team with over 25 years’ experience, Jane is a specialist in complex private law children matters. She has a reputation for being fair and conciliatory and is a strong advocate.
Jane prides herself on her child-centered approach to resolving children disputes, drawing on her years of experience. Her practice deals with cases involving the welfare of a child, medical issues, schooling, holiday arrangements and relocation. Jane’s office is based in Leeds but she can also arbitrate remotely throughout England.
