I am a solicitor with more than 30 years experience of working with separating couples, focusing on finding solutions that work for them both and preserving relationships, as much as possible.  That means I will customise services to suit the needs and budget of clients.

If parties have been to mediation, or have been negotiating through their lawyers and there is only one issue  that remains, I am happy to deal with that.  If there are broader areas that need to be resolved, then I will deal with those.

Wherever possible, I like to take an inquisitorial approach and encourage parties and their lawyers to agree as many core documents as possible and highlight what is and is not agreed (and, ideally why).
