Tim is the Head of the Preston Redman’s Family and Litigation Departments. He is accredited to the Law Society Family Law Advanced scheme.

Tim joined his current firm in 2005 as a trainee, qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and became a Partner in July 2010 becoming Head of Family and Litigation in 2018. He supervises a wide range of contentious work and practices predominantly in all aspects of Divorce and relationship breakdowns.
