Katherine Kelsey is an extremely well-regarded and popular Senior Junior with an outstanding reputation for her expertise in both financial and children cases. She is one of only a few barristers to be ranked in both areas and is instructed in all aspects resulting from family breakdown.

Her financial remedies experience extends to advising and acting in all areas of matrimonial finance. She routinely deals with complex cases involving high net worth and high-profile individuals and also in relation to claims brought under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.

Katherine is a qualified Mediator and now acts as a private FDR Judge on a regular basis. She is also a dual qualified Children and Finance Arbitrator.
