Having qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and as a Family Mediator in 1989 I started my own specialist Family Law practice in 1991, which company of which I am MD now employs some 75 staff specialising in family work. Having run my own business for 21 years, I am well acquainted with the issues in cases involving business interests within the divorce process.

I have a case load of a substantial number of high net worth and complex child related cases and I employ the additional conflict management skills learned as part of mediation and collaborative practice in all areas of work. I was secretary of the Peninsula Family Justice Council from its inception, and former secretary to Resolution in the South West. I am willing to travel to conduct Arbitration cases
