This breadth of experience provides clients with the significant advantage of retaining her for both areas of dispute following marital or relationship breakdown. As a recognised leader in her field, Elizabeth has been listed in the legal directories for many years and if often instructed against silks.

Elizabeth fully recognises the value to families of out of court solutions. In addition to her dual qualification as a financial and children arbitrator, Elizabeth also acts as a private FDR judge and a private DRA judge providing early neutral evaluations. I am a solicitor with more than 30 years experience of working with separating couples, focusing on finding solutions that work for them both and preserving relationships, as much as possible.  That means I will customise services to suit the needs and budget of clients.

If parties have been to mediation, or have been negotiating through their lawyers and there is only one issue  that remains, I am happy to deal with that.  If there are broader areas that need to be resolved, then I will deal with those.

Wherever possible, I like to take an inquisitorial approach and encourage parties and their lawyers to agree as many core documents as possible and highlight what is and is not agreed (and, ideally why).
