I have been a family barrister for 26 years and have a diverse children’s practice, often dealing with complex legal and factual disputes. I have the width and breath of experience to resolve children’s disputes fairly and expediently. I am a very good communicator and I am able to connect with a diverse range of people. I have been involved in mediating agreements for over 2 decades. I firmly believe in alternative forms of dispute resolution and seeking to avoid time consuming, expensive and bruising litigation. I believe that arbitration as a form of resolution of family cases is most effective. It allows the parties to invest in the process and therefore the outcome which is ultimately better for the parents and the children. |
