Children Arbitration

I have worked in the field of children law for 20 years. For 13 years I have sat part-time as a Deputy District Judge hearing family disputes including at the Central Family Court. I am happy to arbitrate in cases involving child arrangements, relocation disputes, schooling and educational issues, and any other parenting or family issues.

Financial Arbitration

I have worked in the field of financial provision for over 20 years. For 13 years I have sat part-time as a Deputy District Judge hearing financial disputes including at the Central Family Court. I conduct Private FDRs on a frequent basis.

I am happy to arbitrate in cases involving disputes arising under the Matrimonial Causes Act and under Schedule 1.
