Kristina, is an experienced Family Law practitioner. She specialises in cases involving children law, in particular international custody disputes, complex care cases involving NAI, FII, jurisdictional complexities, child arrangement orders, internal relocation, leave to remove from the jurisdiction, child abduction both Hague and non Hague.

She also advises in cases concerning divorce and relationship breakdown, including civil partnership dissolution and separation, financial provision following divorce including financial provision for children, and the complex rules surrounding cohabitation disputes.

With a broad client base, Kristina has acted for high profile and high net worth individuals, as well as professionals, and those unable to afford to pay for legal advice and who need access to free legal aid. She is known for her calm and pragmatic manner and no nonsense approach.

Kristina has undertaken specialist training through MiKK regarding cross border custody disputes. Kristina is a MiKK mediator and arbitrator.
