I am an experienced Family Law practitioner.  I am a former National Chair of Resolution formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association.  I have been a part time District Judge for 15 years.

I have lectured extensively on Family Law.  My firm is a specialist Family Law practice which specializes in resolving conflict in the financial issues between matrimonial partners.  I have been fortunate in having conducted several arbitration including one which was limited solely to the discreet issue of maintenance. I have no difficulty in traveling to distant geographic venues.  I have also acted on behalf of parties in Arbitration and I am fully aware of the requirements which assist in a speedy and cost effective resolution of the problems.
