I have been a specialist family lawyer for 25 years and I have very wide experience of every kind of financial dispute which can arise between members of a family. I have advised and acted in many cases concerning great and lesser wealth, both inherited and self-made; the financial services industry; international corporate and quasi-corporate structures; large and small businesses; land holdings and development; trusts, both offshore and onshore; professional people; and a wide range of others. I am completely used to working alongside accountants, tax advisers, valuers, foreign lawyers and other experts.

I have appeared in numerous reported cases across a wide range of family law issues, including the leading case on financial relief after an overseas divorce. I practise as a mediator and collaborative lawyer as well as a barrister and I sit as a part-time judge. I am happy to conduct arbitrations anywhere in England or indeed in the world, subject only to the requirement that English law must be applied.
